Rotary Club of Renmark is part of Rotary District 9520. Rotary District 9520 covers parts of four Australian states. It’s about 1,300 kilometres long and 400 Kilometres wide. The main population centre is Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia.
The District stretches from the south coast of South Australia, through the southern half of the metropolitan area of Adelaide, the Fleurieu Peninsula, the Lower Murray, the Riverland area of South Australia to the Sunraysia district of Victoria on to Wentworth and Broken Hill, in New South Wales, and into the south-west corner of Queensland.
Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.
