Hi I'm Katie. Having suffered from the debilitating effects of Ross River Virus and mercury poisoning for more than 20 years, I've tried just about every treatment option available to alleviate the pain, fatigue and regain my health.

Like all busy people, I can’t afford to be knocked flat on my back with another episode of RRV. As a Naturopath, I wanted to be able to treat myself and my clients with non-invasive natural alternatives that offer fast and effective relief.

My focus is on treating you, the whole person, because you are more than your symptoms! My approach will always take into consideration how to heal the whole of you rather than just alleviate your symptoms. Rather than putting a band-aid on the symptom, I look deep underneath to discover and identify the root problem that underpins an illness.
