2 bedrooms have comfortable queen size bed 3rd has three single beds with large storage areas. Indoor and outdoor entertaining areas to relax and unwind. Bathroom with separate toilet and laundry facilities. Modern and functional kitchen with all the appliances. Breakfast bar and large separate dining room. In slab heating throughout keeps everyone cosy in winter including your toes. Ducted air-conditioning and fans throughout.

The property is situated centrally within 60 minutes to snow fields, lakes, south coast, National Parks and Canberra the Nation’s Capital City.

Secure Booking; 50% paid in advance to secure booking. Until payment is processed the booking is not confirmed. Final payment of 50% will be required at least 1 day before day of arrival. Payments made via bank transfer. Account details will be supplied at time of booking. If last minute booking than 100% payable at time of arrival/booking.

Cancellations; Cancellations of accommodation booking more that 30days Notice will incur a cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled with less than 21 days’ notice you will forfeit your deposit.
