Hi, I'm Chelsea...
I hit the ground running in Real Estate working as my Dad Robert Stephens' PA in a busy office with a big and exciting workload. With 20 years in the Real Estate game he’s a great mentor. That was two years ago and I loved it from day one!
The Mildura region is home for me. Born and raised here I’m reckoning I started networking at kinder in Red Cliffs. Since then, through my sport, social and school life I’ve forged diverse networks and friendships. I’ve simply loved communicating with people since I could toddle but it was the teenage desire for income that took me to customer service jobs on weekends.
My passion for working face to face with people of all ages, and cultural backgrounds was cemented during those years in weekend retail both in Mildura and Melbourne.
Stepping into the Real Estate industry was perfect for me. Adding to my customer service experience, I have a positive personality and a strong drive to succeed. I thrive on action and commitment and I love seeing people achieve successful outcome. Real Estate isn’t just a job for me it’s a career.
For me everything has to be well done, presentation, communication and negotiation for starters. It’s hard work but that’s what I’m here for. I have the drive and determination to make your hopes and dreams a reality.
Away from work my world still revolves around people.Water skiing, barbecues, spending time out with friends and family are my personal pleasures but I’m never too busy to take your call.
