Josh is a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach and is In his 2nd Year of Physiotherapy at Newcastle University. He is currently working as a Nutrition and Sports Supplement consultant and has had Strength and Conditioning experience training:
-A former state champion kick boxer
- The Central Coast Sharks Gridiron Team
- Individual state Netball Players
- A junior state touch football team
- Junior Rugby League Players
Daniel is a qualified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist who has competed in a national Muay Thai championship as well as state level soccer, shot put and discus. He has had experience training clients towards their weight loss/muscle building goals, as well as working as a massage therapist for the North Queensland Cowboys, The Canberra Raiders and the Western Sydney Wanderers.
