The RFT Facebook page is here for you to find out more about RFT and engage with other people interested in mental illness, recovery and wellbeing.

We share a wide-variety of stories from people living with mental illness (and the people who care for them) and we talk about mental health and wellbeing without stigma, prejudice, or discrimination.

Just like the offline communities that we live in, we want to ensure everyone feels welcome and safe.

- mention names & dosages of specific medication - instead refer to families of medication (eg: anti-psychotics, antidepressants etc)
- contains potentially harmful or inappropriate advice
- promotes or discusses methods of self-harm or suicide
