Revive will Operate as a "Waste to Wages" social enterprise through an 'intermediate labour market' model.

What this means is; all surpluses derived through the sale of goods to directly engage vulnerable job seekers in the enterprise on wages.
While on wages with us we will support them to gain skills and experience to gain further employment in the open labour market, thus creating opportunities for further job seekers.

A Work for the Dole project will also be ran at Revive from which select job seekers go into the 'wages' component.

The primary source of goods we will sell will come from the waste management facility in Kununurra; a secondary source however will come from the donation of unwanted goods from the community.
