Hi and welcome! I'm Ashley, I am a wife to an amazing husband (most of the time ;) and a mumma to a beautiful little girl who is my heart and soul. They both drive me crazy but they are my moon and stars and everything. in between

Ever since I can remember I've grown up around antiques and country farm living. I am certain every piece of furniture in my parents house was either antique or shabby chic style.
As a kid, my mum used to take me around to the antique auctions, vintage seconds stores and garden viewings. All of that now is kind of ingrained into my soul :)

I have a passion! And to put it simply i take unwanted pieces of old time furniture and turn them into something amazing once again. I love the transformation of a piece and see it turn into something fabulous and sophisticated.

Lastly i love to see these pieces loved once again and become renewed focal points in your home. These pieces are often 80 or so years old and have lived a whole life time already! They were once hand crafted by somebody very long ago and hold so many stories from different times and families, often the same families. They are built so well that there is no reason they can't go on for another 80 years! And who wants a flat pack laminate piece of 'furniture' from Ikea anyway ha!
