We've created this business to improve the lives of retirees. We noticed that on average 1 in 3 retirees don't get enough exercise and with our previous work in Aged Care we noticed the surprisingly high number of people placed in nursing homes that didn't need to be there had they been supported through an exercise program and a nutrition program. We understand this is a time to enjoy life and relax, we tailor the programs to suit your lifestyle so you can still do the things you've always wanted. As well as keeping the body healthy we support and encourage activities that keep the mind active and in our group sessions this is one of our goals. No matter what condition you are in or ailments you have, we can help you!

Prices are as followed;

$15 AUD for a nutrition seminar

$50 AUD for a 1 on 1 personal training session to really support people with specific needs

$10 AUD each (min 10ppl) these are group activities that keep you active we suggest a minimum of 2 per week, they can be done with a group of friends or can be a good chance to meet new friends to encourage each other along the way

These prices are based on sessions close to the Adelaide region, however nutrition plans are available online so the price will remain the same, inbox us any questions you have or if you would like to sign up today!
