Resolution Fitness for Life

Resolution Fitness For Life is an award winning, independent health club located in Dural. As one of the longest running fitness centres in the area we offer a huge variety of facilities - giving you every chance to make fitness a part of your every day!

So if you want classes - we have them! Take your pick - yoga, boxing, pilates, strength training or any of our Les Mills Group Fitness classes including BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyAttack, BodyBalance and RPM.

If weights are your thing then we have all you need for your strength training - a free weights room and a separate area full of machines.

If a one to one approach is going to get you motivated and closer to your fitness goals then we also offer personal trainers and small group training sessions.

To make it all happen we have an onsite car park, including an undercover area, a lift, a member lounge and kitchen as well as a Kids Korner. All in a purpose built facility - so there are no excuses!
