Reiki with Emma

Reiki is the universal life force energy that flows through all of creation. It is a hands-on-body method of energetic healing. Reiki has a place in everyone's life, whether you have suffered emotional, spiritual or physical traumas or illnesses, or you are wanting a preventative treatment. In conjunction with other healing modalities, this system of healing is of great value. If you are just looking for a wonderful nurturing and relaxing experience then Reiki can be an excellent addition to your self-care routine.

I am trained in the Usui system of Reiki. During a healing session I will use the traditional methods as well as incorporate other non-invasive healing techniques such as sound, crystals, and aromatherapy/smudging.
It is hard to give an accurate description of what to expect as each session will be different from the next. Everyone experiences reiki in a unique way as we are unique beings. Some feelings you may experience include heat, tingling, pulsing, you may even be tickled! Some people laugh and others cry, but you are likely to feel deep relaxation.

I recommend allowing the extra time for us to get to know one another before we begin, as well as to ease out of the session afterwards with a cup of tea or water, and we can discuss anything that has come up for you during the healing.

I suggest 1.5 hours as a first appointment which are $90
1 hour slots are also available for $70
