Monday 6:30pm - 8:00pm (With Phil/Mark)
Tuesday 4:00pm - 5:30pm Junior session 10-15 years ($5 - with Graeme)
Tuesday 5:30pm - 7:00pm (With Graeme)
Tuesday 7:00pm - 8:30pm (Ladies only - with Graeme)
Wednesday 5.30-6.15 Power workout
6.30 - 7.30 Sparring
Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm (With Graeme)
Thursday 6:30pm - 8:00pm (With Phil/Mark)
Saturday 7.00- 8.00am
Classes are $10.00 and open to people of all fitness levels.
