RBF services include...
- Personal training (flexible times and locations)
- Dietary review and tips (Diet review based on 1 day dietary recall and calorific calculations using "Calorie King". Advice based on Australia Dietary Guidelines)
- Initial and ongoing fitness assessments and weekly fitness plans
- Weekly bootcamp's held on Monday and Wednesdays.
