Claims Management:
We act on your behalf to manage your claim with the insurer and if needed other parties that are often involved including: Loss Adjuster, Assessor, Repairers, Lawyers, Third Parties, claims handler, tenants, lessors and more.

Can you imagine having to deal with all these people when you are going through a stressful claim and you are trying to keep your business running and having to deal with all these people? Well you just don't have to when you have your insurance managed by us. As the Adviser we are your one point of contact, it is so much easier and will take a lot of unnecessary stress off you at tough times.

Fees:
Yes we charge a fee for our professional services and advice given and this is charged at the time you place the cover with the policy premium and is transparent on the invoice, you don't have to pay a fee upfront before we will look at your insurance needs.

Our Director Samantha Green has over 9 years experience as an Insurance Broker and over these years has worked on a very broad range of Insurance products, made solid contacts within the major Insurance Companies, Managed Claims, arranged Insurance Schemes to allow "Group buy in"s for organisations of similar businesses and keeps up to date with current Insurance Trends.

So when you see our fee for service on your invoice it's not just for processing that piece of paper, it includes all of the above knowledge, experience and advice that is in your best interest not the Insurer.

Who/What is an Insurance Broker (Adviser)?:
A person or company registered as an adviser on matters of insurance and as an arranger of insurance cover with an insurer on behalf of a client.
