The Ralston Brothers, Ben and John, are fifth generation oyster farmers located on the Clyde River at Batemans Bay. Over the past few years the brothers have been working to provide an oyster with unique shape and taste. They have two signature brands, the Waterfall Oyster (Sydney Rock) and the Ralston Bros Black Label Oyster (Pacific).

The Clyde River is located four hours south of Sydney and two hours east of Canberra. The area is free from polluting industries and major farms and is known to be "the cleanest river on the entire East Coast of Australia". The purity of the Clyde River along with generations of perfecting techniques creates Oysters of the highest quality making them well suited for the top end of the market.
