Radiant Sun Yoga - Broulee Yoga Shed

Radiant Sun Yoga and Broulee Yoga Shed are run by Catherine Potter, a qualified, experienced hatha vinyasa flow yoga teacher and member of Yoga Australia.

Hatha is a general name for the type of yoga now widely taught in Australia which incorporates breath control (pranayama), postures (asana), flowing sequences (vinyasa) and conscious relaxation (savasana).

My yoga combines strength, flexibility, energy, inner focus, active breathing, stretching, poses, dynamic flow, guided relaxation, stillness and wellbeing.
