I first began practicing yoga in 2008 and have been a dedicated student since. My main practice is ashtanga and yin yoga and have made two trips so far to Mysore, India to practice at the source of Ashtanga yoga with Sharath, the lineage holder. Yoga has very much become part of my life and is not just about the practice on the mat, but off the mat as well. I wanted to take my practice even further and completed my Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2013, specialising in yin and pre and post natal, which is nationally recognised and consequently am a member of Yoga Australia. In my classes, I provide a safe and trusting learning environment for my students to grow in ways they never thought possible. Yoga takes practice and dedication. I love what I do and I love that I can share it with people.
