Primal Boys Fitness

Hi, My name is Andrew Ind and I am the Primal Boy.

I had "dieted" over the years, loosing weight putting it back on again and some more. Never feeling successful and always trying to find bigger clothes. I hated feeling hungry all the time, reducing calories and trying to keep track of them every minute of every day.

My partner and i tried eating paleo a few times, never really committing 100%. In December 2015 we signed up for a 10 week program and we haven't looked back since. I have released over 19 kilos in 3 months, and have found a whole new outlook.

I have enrolled at Fit College Australia to get my certification in Fitness. I'm currently completing my Cert 3, before moving on to my Cert 4.

One of the great things about the fitness industry is the ongoing training and so many different paths available. I am looking forward to becoming a certified Primal Blueprint expect and exploring the natural movement exercise field.
