To order from Precious Pink Pieces please comment "sold" on the post with the size, quantity, style/colour & email address. I will then send you an invoice & payment is required within 48 hours. Payments can be made through PayPal. Failure to receive payment within time will result in garments being relisted.

Precious Pink Pieces will aim to post all items within 2-3 days of payment being cleared. Registered & express post is available at an extra cost. Please inform us if you would like one of those options. Precious Pink Pieces are not responsible for either delays within Australia Post nor items that are lost in the mail. It is the customers responsibility to check at time of payment that the postal address is correct. Where possible Precious Pink Pieces is happy to combine postage to make it as cost effective for you as possible.

Precious Pink Pieces unfortunately are unable to cover return costs & refunds for change of mind. There will be no cancellations or refunds after payment is received. Refunds are only given for faulty items & contact must be made via email within 48 hours of being received. After this time no return will be available.

Some garments that Precious Pink Pieces sell are very precious and are made from lace & satin, these items should be cool hand washed only.

Precious Pink Pieces may sell items with embellishments and small parts on them which could pose a choking risk, please only use with adult supervision.
