Positive Mind Works

Positive Mind Works has been developed to provide convenient access to expert and confidential support.

Clients are offered individualised support based on their goals and chosen focus. We specialise in treating depression (low mood), anxiety, panic, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, phobias, obsessions/ compulsions and trauma. A coaching and positive psychology service is also offered for clients wishing to improve motivation toward their goals, develop self confidence, motivation, build assertiveness and change old unhelpful habits.

Our practitioners are all Registered Psychologists with Australian Health Practitioners Association (AHPRA) and or the New Zealand Psychology Board. They have experience delivering evidence based psychological services, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy across Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Our goals is to empower you with the ability to make positive and lasting change.

A range of services are available and can be tailored to each individual’s needs. Options include secure video therapy, secure live Chat or therapy via email.
