Pole Palace Dance & Fitness Centre offers a wide range of pole and non-pole classes to suit everyone! Classes from absolute beginners with no dance or fitness experience what so ever, through to extreme advanced.
Pole Palace provides a comfortable, fun environment for people of all ages, body shapes and fitness levels, to come and get fit while having fun. Pole dancing provides a full body workout, but the best thing about it is, you enjoy it! You will look forward to coming to classes every week unlike dreading that gym session!
At Pole Palace, we pride ourselves on making every student that comes through our doors feel welcome! We are a no judgment zone studio, all of our students become great friends, there are no "groups" or "cliques", everyone is friends with everyone! We strive to keep our studio the most friendly and inviting environment so that everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy themselves.
