"From my first contact with you Tammie, (which was a Sunday arvo via sms) you ticked all the boxes for me; firstly you actually replied almost instantly, you were courteous, professional and communicated everything so clearly such as costs and time frame.
When we actually met you greeted me and all my guests with your beaming smile and of course the kids could not get enough of you and your AMAZING balloon making skills!! All i could hear the whole time you were working your balloon magic were echoes of WOW... Isn't she amazing!
No challenge was too big... We had never seen a chain saw made out of balloons before!!!
