Pilates in the Park is a combination of pilates and other forms of exercise designed to target core strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness and general strengthening. Exercises can be adapted for individuals with injury and different levels of fitness. Even on the cold mornings of winter these sessions will get your body temp up so don't be afraid of coming out in the cold!
I have been trained in pilates and other forms of exercise and would love to share this with my friends.
Classes run for one hour at $20 a session.
