Well presented and functional retreat literally steps from the beach and a few more to the retail and dining strip of Cowes, serving guests well. Glennwood Park was constructed in 1973 and has benefitted from a recent renovation and continues to receive ongoing improvements to enhance your holiday experience.

Glennwood Park is set on a large fully fenced block. The house opens into a spacious open plan kitchen and lounge room. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The lounge provides a 50 inch television and dvd player. The home boasts three large bedrooms all with built in robes. The master bedroom with queen size bed and small television opens onto the timber decking which is the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has two single beds that join together to make a king and the third bedroom has two bunk beds each with a single and double bed, sleeping four. There are two toilets, one bathroom and a fully equipped laundry space. A second living area contains another lounge, television, stereo and dining area. This area opens up onto the lovely decking which has two sitting areas and is surrounded by the native garden.

Outside, a converted single garage is now a games room.

The home is close to everything; the beach 150 metres, the yacht club not much further, shops 10 minutes walk either along the beach or road, a milk bar 50 metres away, and it sits in between two boat ramps.

We believe that a holiday retreat must be for the whole family and that is why we welcome your other important family members, your dogs. All dogs are required to sleep outside either on the verandah or in the games room in their own beds.
