Play Therapy is counselling and psychotherapy for children aged 3-10 y.o.

When children find things hard, this affects they way they feel and behave. They may be feeling more angry or anxious or sad than usual. They may behave in unhelpful ways.

Or maybe you just sense that something is not quite right.

Play Therapy can be helpful to children and their families. In Play Therapy, children play out their worries in much the same way as adults talk through their issues with a therapist. Parents have a critical, supportive role in Play Therapy and parent support is available as part of the process.

Play therapy is a gentle, yet powerful, way of helping children. Growth and change through Play Therapy tends to be deep, stable and enduring because it is an in-depth approach to helping your child's personality flourish. It is a good foundation for a child’s continued growth and development, through into adolescence.
