Strategies that help people in all aspects of 'life' to find ways to function despite the pain they live with. We explore ways that WILL WORK for you in your life.

For 20 plus years I have been a workplace trainer. (Hold Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment)
I have developed agency specific (non-accredited) training, have run team building days and have delivered training to groups from 1 to 70 participants.
I have vast training experience, know how to make it fun and can hold the audience.
I have worked with organisations going through major change, and am able to assist with smooth transition for your staff.
