Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian concept of working with (Manu) life force and open heartedness (Aloha). It is a relaxing and therapeutic full body massage using long flowing continuous strokes that work deep into the muscle tissue, likened to the feeling of ‘waves washing over the body’. Stimulating the lymphatic glands and meridian points, eliminating built up toxins in the body. It also improves circulation by dialating the blood cells. A water based/light Coconut massage oil is used. It is a beautiful massage fully promoting relaxation, cleansing mind, body and spiritual well being of the individual.

Indian Head Massage

This is a gentle therapeutic massage technique aimed at relieving stress and tension. This requires you to be sitting in an upright position. There are no oils used as you remain fully clothed.
This form of massage works on the upper back, shoulders, upper & lower arms, hands, neck scalp and face. Using controlled rhythmic movements & also involves acupressure points called Marma.
It helps relieve eye strain, ease headaches, relax and tones facial muscles. Everyday tension will just slip away.

Reiki

Reiki is a hands on, non invasive, gentle healing modality connecting to the Universal Life/Light force of all things. It is to allow time out for peace and meditation. Reiki can clear energy blockages and chakras, adjusting the energy flow of the endocrine system bringing the body into balance and harmony. Promoting health and well being of the entire physical, emotional and psychic body. Therefore it is truly a system of attaining and promoting wholeness of Mind, Body and Spirit. Additionally, an intuitive card reading is combined into the full treatment.
Relaxation Massage

This is a massage that promotes relaxation and invigoration to the body and increases oxygen flow throughout the body. Kneading the soft tissues and using long strokes working on the deep tissue muscles and meridian points. Relaxing, nurturing, calming the body, mind, emotions, and every aspect of your being. A water based/light Coconut massage oil is used.
