Having had an interest in chocolate making for some years, Kelly took this a step further and attended an intensive training course in Melbourne. A greater understanding of the science and art of chocolate allowed her more creativity and diversity in the products produced. The unique style in this area of 'toppings' on the chocolate is now an emergent style accross Australia.
