Parkway Homes

Parkway Homes is a family operated building company servicing the Mornington Peninsula, Cranbourne and Melbourne's Greater South East, specialising in:

- new residential homes
- knock down and rebuild developments
- multi-unit site developments.

The company was established in 2005 after founder and director Craig Hellyer noticed a gaping hole in the residential housing market in his native Mornington Peninsula. New pockets of land were opening up and some of the larger builders were servicing the area, but the level of service and personal touch was lacking. Hence Parkway Homes was born.

Founder and Director Craig Hellyer has been involved in building and construction for over 30 years - as a carpenter, supervisor, construction manager and was even the state building manager for one of the majors. Craig has developed a wealth of experience throughout the last 30 years, working for a variety of building companies and for himself. He has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for over 20 years and knows the area like the back of his hand. Whether it be those little insights into building and town planning, building regulations and restrictions or advice and knowledge about Mornington Peninsula land sizes or prices – you’d be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable builder than Craig.
