OzNetwork Pty Ltd is a premier Australian online information and entertainment network. OzNetwork Pty Ltd started out as Ozsearch Internet Guide Pty Limited, founded in 1998.

In April 2000, Imperial One Limited (ASX:IMP) purchased a majority shareholding and renamed the company OzNetwork, to better reflect its future trading operations in both new media and corporate internet services.

The acquisition of OzNetwork has solidified Imperial One's interests in the South East Asian region and re-positioned the company as a significant developer of internet businesses.
OzNetwork web sites offer Australian-focussed services and content across a broad range of categories including news, business, weather, real estate and media as well as email, dating and horoscopes. OzNetwork’s search directory, OzSearch, is the essential Internet guide for Australians, containing over 45,000 listings across 3,000 categories.
