Om Heart

A private consultation is the beginning of your yoga journey. I evaluate your own awareness of your body and how your body moves through joint movement, muscular action, introduce to you the essential components of yoga and the connection between your breath and your nervous system. The breath is the bridge between the body/mind connection, the tool that enables you to be in the present moment.
The consultation develops an initial connection between the student and teacher, this allows for individualised instruction within a class setting for progressing at your own pace. You will gain confidence prior to attending class and it gives you a base for commitment and consistency throughout your yoga journey.
