Ollies Cake House is a family business run by Mr. Sam who has served last 16 years in the hospitality industry as a head pastry chef, worked with Celebrity cruise line (USA), Royal Caribbean cruise line (USA), Cunard QE2 (UK) and with leading five star hotels in United kingdom.

Most cakes I will recommend at least a 1 to 2 week notice prior to date you'll need it. Some last minute orders I will fill, depending on time and work load.
