About me...
I have 20 years’ experience working as a dietitian with adults and children. Having qualified and worked as a dietitian in the UK, I came to Tasmania on a backpacking trip 18 years ago, loved the place and a Tasmanian so much I decided to stay.

I am passionate about teaching that good eating can be tasty, convenient, energy boosting and improves the outcome of all health conditions. My key responsibility as a dietitian is to translate the most up-to-date nutrition science into personalised and achievable eating goals.

I support clients with diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, Coeliac Disease, poor growth or weight loss, food allergy & intolerance, disordered eating and weight management. My post graduate training includes specialist education in enteral and sports nutrition and more recently eating disorders and paediatric nutrition.
