In my kitchen, gluten free is not an option but the only way of preparing food. No contamination, no mistake, no accident.
As a coeliac with almost 10 years gluten free baking experience, feeding 3 also coeliac children specialized in making gluten free desserts. My cupcakes are made from scratch using only natural ingredients.
I don`t use
- gluten
- any kind of grain
- milk or dairy products
- soy
- refined sugar
- trans fat
I do use:
- coconut flour, fat, cream
- 100 % Australian honey
- real fruit
- nuts
- pure cocoa
- fresh eggs
Despite all of this or particularly due to this, my cupcakes are still delicious, fresh and made with skill and love for a reasonable price.
My kitchen is 100 % gluten free, I never buy or use food which contains gluten.
