Surinder uses his traditional family recipes passed down through several generations. Growing up int he Punjab, he learned from his Mother, Aunt and Grandmother and took his skills to the UK, Switzerland and Europe before moving to Australia.

He makes and serves a fantastic range of authentic Indian pickles and chutneys that you won't taste anywhere else. (Discounts are available to diners who purchase some chutneys to take home).

Noosa Namaste caters for small and large gatherings, has recently introduced pre-theatre lunch and dinner menu to visitors to the local Majestic Theatre in Pomona and also host cooking classes for those interested in learning how to cook authentic Indian food that feeds the body and the soul.
