Qualified Nutritionist and Natural Health Practitioner with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. My personal interest in natural health and healing arts began 20 years when I first learnt Reiki. Since then I have learnt several other modalities including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/ Tapping), Australian Bush Flower Essences and Kinesiology (Brain Gym 101 & Touch for Health).

I practice evidence based nutrition therapy blended with my other modalities when required. All dietary advice is tailored specifically for you determined by your health requirements, budget and lifestyle. While nutrition is the foundation of my business; consultations may include the use of my other modalities for diagnostic purposes and/or therapeutic benefit.

I apply holistic principles and an integrative approach to help support clients achieve optimal health and well-being. There are over 7.5 billion people in the world and only 1 you.

The road into and out of health and well-being is different for everybody (EVERY BODY). I believe in finding and treating the cause, rather than just the symptom.

I plan to continue my to develop my skills as a health practitioner with personal and professional development and education. My goal is to assist and empower clients to make permanent positive dietary and lifestyle modifications by providing quality nutritional information, advice and counselling.
