Niche Design & Build, founder Nathan Whitlock and his partner Shelley Brauer, have combined their extensive knowledge in the areas of building and design to produce a business, which shares a passion for creating unique and functional homes at an affordable price.
Niche’s new display home is a showcase of the team’s quality workmanship, attention to detail, and ability to craft a home, which uniquely caters to the needs of each individual client.
The design is holistic, environmentally aware and steps outside of the box – this is modern architecture with an organic and natural edge. Niche uses materials, which emphasize natural beauty, functionality and sustainability with a balance of locally sourced materials and those sourced abroad.
Niche Design & Build will be launching their new name along with their new display home at Emerald Beach in December 2013. This is a home, which is sure to inspire all those building and renovating so keep an eye out for opening dates.
