New Normal Bar + Kitchen

New Normal is a community-focused wine bar & kitchen in Subiaco, Western Australia.

We are dedicated to eliminating waste in every part of our operations, and sharing how we do it. Our offering follows the seasons, with all produce sourced from Australia's biodiverse South West.

Located in the iconic Simon Chugg building, one of Subiaco’s oldest commercial tenancies, we offer simple yet thought-provoking fare within an intimate dining room and rooftop terrace.

We have two of Australia's most exciting young chefs at the helm of our open kitchen; Charlie Vargas (previously Balthazar, Frasers, and 1907) along with Chris Malone (previously Balthazar and Clarke's of North Beach).
