At Nedlands Sports Massage Clinic, we use various techniques to treat specific trouble spots responsible for chronic pain, repetitive strain injury, digestive problems, PMT, headaches, migraines, muscle trauma, stress, anxiety, fatigue, posture, muscle tone, energy, circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Sports massage is also used to boost performance to aid athletes in training both before and after a competition or workout for muscle flexibility and circulation which helps the muscles to prepare for the forthcoming task and actively reducing the risk of injury.
