N2 Extreme Gelato

We are bunch of mad scientists who are passionate about enticing our tastebuds with exotic blend of flavours through gelato (Of course we won’t ignore our El-Blando friends as well :P)

At N2 Extreme Gelato, we don’t believe in Choc Mint that looks Evil Green or Orange that resembles Hi-Vis Jacket. Only REAL ingredients will do! By making gelato on order, we are able to incorporate fresh herbs or ingredients as we make it, thus fresher Gelato!

Liquid Nitrogen freezes 10 times quicker than a conversational Gelato Batch Maker, thus reducing the formation of large ice particle and giving a smoother texture. However we serve our gelato at around -6C, the temperature of a freshly churned gelato. At this temperature, your taste receptors are able to decipher flavours better than gelato served at -14C and below.

After all it is only gelato! It is the experience that counts!
