MYSHA for Kids

MYSHA for Kids Naturally Inspired Sacred Play Circles are for children from Prep to Year 4.

MYSHA (Meditation, Yoga, Self Healing Arts), is the unique combination of the ancient arts of meditation and yoga with contemporary creative arts therapy processes for making sense of life's experiences and discovering and practising the skills and qualities of the kind of life we choose for ourselves. MYSHA was founded by Melissa Joss, holistic arts therapist and early childhood teacher with over twenty years experience working with children and families in arts, education and wellbeing.

Melissa is joined by early childhood professional Jacqui Green. Both are mothers of two children and are passionate about holding space for children to develop inner peace and a sense of wonder by playfully exploring the world within themselves, each other and the natural environment around us.

Sessions are scheduled according to your group's needs and include:
Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, sacred flow/movement, singing & chanting, painting, drawing, creative journalling, clay, candle making, mandalas, story-weaving, affirmations, animal totems, crystals, ceremony, nature connection, gardening, gratitude circle, designing sacred spaces, and more!
