2. Treat – Choose from a 30, 45 & 60 min hands on treatment. We use soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, dry needling, cupping and corrective exercises to get you pain free and in peak condition.
3. Educate – We believe in holistic approach to educate and prevent injury re-occurrence. We believe that taking a little extra time to help you understand what is wrong, what we are doing to fix it and how you can help is important
