Barry & Glenda Mugavin have been in the building industry for together 70 years. Barry 40 years and Glenda 30 years. They both live and haved worked in Warrnambool their whole lives. Trained award winning apprentices, for example Australian of the year, Victorian of the year and Reginial of the year. Barry and Glenda have also directed projects in Melbourne and Adelaide.

Dan Mugavin grew up in the industry assisting Barry on site and at meetings. Dan has had more than 10 years experience. Dan has recently completed Cert IV in Business Construction and currently applying for Registration. In Dan's 3rd year of his apprenticeship he built his first home. Now Dan and his wife (Kat) are starting their 3rd home together.
Lee Mugavin has completed his apprenticeship in August 2013. It was to Lee's great acheivement that he became the Master Builders Apprentice of the Year (regional) . Lee can guide you in all your kitchen designs.
