Mt Kuring-gai Yoga

Fiona is a teacher, a practitioner and student of Iyengar yoga. Drawn to yoga in her teenage years, the spark was lit when she attended classes in the early 1990s. Since then she has studied with various teachers, most recently Christine Barnes, Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She has travelled to Pune, India to attend classes with Geeta Iyengar and has also been taught by Abhijata Sridhar Iyengar, BKS Iyengar's granddaughter. She has been teaching since 2011 and has successfully undergone the rigorous process to become a certificated Iyengar Yoga teacher. She continues to learn and develop in her own practice and teaching.
