Hi, I’m Jamie Nielsen a Mum of 2, Fitness Professional with a passion for making a positive difference with the youth of today. I specialise in Children’s Active Play, Kids, Teen Girl & Ladies Only Bootcamp Classes. My programs aim to promote positive, healthy & active lifestyles, not only for yourself but your children and as a whole family unit. All programs are designed for you to go at your own pace.
Active Play Children’s Program
2-4 year olds, approx. 40mins
Limited class numbers allowing focus to be on individual’s development. The program aims to aid children’s development with their gross/fine motor skills, hand/foot eye coordination and balance through a series of games, obstacles and circuits.
Obstacle Fun
4-7 year olds, approx. 45mins
A series of obstacles and movements that will teach children all the basics of functional movement, games, teamwork, problem solving, the importance of exercise and nutrition all while having a ball in a safe and controlled environment!
Titans
7-11 year olds, approx. 50mins
A series of obstacles and movements that will teach children all the basics of functional movement, games, teamwork, problem solving, the importance of exercise and nutrition all while having a ball in a safe and controlled environment!
Girl Power
11-17 year old Girls, approx. 60mins
Build teenage girls mentality, spirituality & confidence. While teaching them that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, this program will inspire girls to live and love a healthy and active lifestyle as we touch base on all areas of fitness, health & nutrition.
Ladies Only Bootcamp
No age, approx. 60mins
I assure you that you will fall in love with this program, training to get into the best shape of your life. Our members are all different ages, sizes and fitness levels. We focus on training injury-free and offer modifications to every exercise we do. Come empower yourself and train with like-minded and supportive women.
