About the Chef

Ross McInnes grew up in Balmain in Sydney's Inner-west. At a very young age, whilst his mates were into fast food, Ross was much more interested in adventurous cuisine. Finally, he succumbed to the heavenly aromas wafting from the family kitchen and one day, while helping his Mum, he decided on a culinary career. Over the years Ross has worked with chefs in the finest kitchens at Sydney's top venues.

The Chef believes in using the finest ingredients - fresh, seasonal produce, as well as high-grade meat & seafood. "But the main ingredient in our kitchen is passion", Ross says with a grin. "The aim of our kitchen is to ensure that every guest has a unique and enjoyable experience at Milano".
