Menergy 2016
Victorian Men’s Gathering.

Join men of all ages and all walks of life for a three-day gathering.
We share stories; workshops, laughs and most of all support each other in finding our own authentic version of manhood.

Workshops
Menergy 2016 will include a rich variety of fascinating workshops running continuously over the weekend. Participation is optional based on your desire and interest. Previous workshop topics have included confidence, communication, death, song and dance, breathwork and meditation, masculinity, movement, sexuality, self-expression, relationships, family and spirituality.
We are currently developing this years scope and would love to hear from you if there are specific topics you would like to see covered.

Who are we?
Menergy is a volunteer run non-profit gathering by men for men. This is the fourth year in Victoria and is a supported by men’s wellbeing in Queensland. We are a team of sixteen men who have attended previous Menergy gatherings and have been called to make this event happen this year.
