Meditrax® conducts medication reviews according to best practice guidelines in Aged Care Homes. In addition, Meditrax provides a comprehensive range of Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) Activities based on the specific needs of the Aged Care Homes. Along with Residential Medication Management Reviews (RMMRs) these QUM activities support and assist Aged Care Homes to meet accreditation requirements.

Meditrax provide face to face direct education as well as Medi-Learn, online education, attendance at Medication Advisory Committee (MAC) meetings, provide newsletters for nursing staff and clinical newsletter to GPs, conduct audits and are available for consultation of medication issues. Meditrax produces risk management manuals.
