We have the finest fresh meat, seafood and vegetables and acclaimed favourites Lamb Rogan Josh, Murgh Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and chocolate silk, a dish that has been greatly imitated by other establishments across the city. Masala’s kitchen utilises exotic Indian herbs and spices with Australian produce and the freshest meat, seafood and vegetables. As per the Indian tradition, vegetarians and vegans are well catered for. Also Masala offers many gluten free (coeliac) and halal dishes.
