My name is Cara McDonald and I am a birth and postpartum doula. I offer caring support to new mothers and their families during pregnancy, birth and the special time adjusting to life as a new family.

I aim to inspire you to connect with your own intuitive knowledge and inner strength. This will enable you to feel more confident, contented and joyful while embracing your valuable roles as a woman, partner and mother. During this sacred and challenging time in your life, when all aspects of your world change, the opportunity arises for enormous positive change. I can provide continual emotional and physical support, comfort, encouragement, reassurance, respect and all other non-clinical aspects of care.
